Dietary Trick To Burn The Fat Effortlessly

Counting the calories might be essential for your weight loss goal, and is the basis of almost every weight loss system or program. With a little effort you can even become an expert at evaluating what and how much you are allowed to eat at every meal, every day, and somehow this new skill makes you feel good. Makes you feel in control.

But then it happens that you want to enjoy a dinner with your family, or eating out with friends, or you have to attend some social event, and suddenly counting calories is not funny anymore. You have to evaluate, choose, count and give up some of the most delicious dishes, while everybody else are busy just enjoying the food. How frustrating that is? And how tempting to break your diet?

Fortunately, there is a dietary trick that allows you to enjoy your favorite foods, while still burning the fat away. Is about shifting the amount of calories and tricking your metabolism to shed off body fat faster.

You see, your metabolism is a wonderful mechanism. It will adjust himself every time to the amount of calories you ingest. It means that if you eat 2,500 calories per day your body will burn 2,500 calories per day. Of course, if you are not involved in any physical activity to make him burn more. When you reduce the amount of calories, your metabolism will adjust to that change and will burn less calories. This is the main reason why most dieters sooner or later are reaching a plateau where losing weight is not possible any more. This why also most of weight loss programs are effective only at the beginning.

The shifting calories method rotates the foods in your diet so your metabolism doesn’t have the time to adjust. Even more, it will make your body burn more calories and faster. We can call it a dietary trick, but is actually a fact based on scientific observations. No matter how much you eat, as long as your body burn more than that, you will still be losing weight.

So you can forget about counting calories and all the frustration coming with it. Now you can start enjoying the meals gain, eating what you love to eat and still burning that fat away. The only thing you have to do is learning how to rotate the foods and shift the calories amount. Your metabolism will do the rest!
